Context:

Miraponte is a lead generation agency that manages cold outreach for over 40 B2B companies across tech, private aviation, and healthcare (via their sister agency, Monos Health). As new Google and Microsoft crackdowns hit in 2024, their old email infrastructure collapsed — causing spam issues, burned domains, and constant campaign rebuilds. They needed a stable system to keep client campaigns running and protect their own reputation.

Miraponte approached us with 3 core problems:

  1. Domains and inboxes were constantly getting flagged by Google & Microsoft, forcing the team to buy new ones.
  2. Campaigns had to pause every time infrastructure failed, delaying results and risking client satisfaction.
  3. Too much time spent managing backend problems instead of focusing on clients, strategy, and growth.

The challenge

In June 2024, Miraponte faced an industry-wide crisis: new crackdowns from Google and Microsoft were burning domains, blocking inboxes, and tanking deliverability across the board. Despite following every best practice — from warming up inboxes to careful sending limits — their emails were still landing in spam. They had scaled rapidly to 40+ clients, but their reliance on offshore resellers for inbox creation couldn’t keep up with the shifting landscape. This forced them into costly cycles of buying new domains, rebuilding inboxes, and pausing campaigns — jeopardizing revenue and client relationships.

Our solution

We stepped in to overhaul their cold email infrastructure from the ground up. Each inbox was created on a dedicated IP with unique payment methods and separate virtual cards, combined with tailored configurations that made it nearly impossible for providers to track or flag. We also provided ongoing maintenance to adapt to emerging patterns — whether that meant proactively adjusting sending profiles or quickly responding to new trends in Outlook’s filtering behavior. Our approach meant that once campaigns were live, the Miraponte team could focus entirely on strategy and client delivery — not fighting technical fires.

The results

Since launching their campaigns with us in July 2024, Miraponte hasn’t had to replace a single inbox. Their domains are aging, reputation is climbing, and their campaigns continue to perform month after month — even as their tests with other providers failed. What once required constant rebuilding is now stable, scalable infrastructure that lets their team concentrate on growing their business.

"We’ve tried multiple providers, and only Ilya’s team delivered infrastructure that actually lasted. Since July we haven’t replaced a single inbox — our healthiest ever. It’s just less stress. I’d much rather focus on my team, client strategy, and copywriting than scramble to buy new domains or explain to clients why everything’s paused for two weeks. Whatever they’re doing, it works."
